Prizren, 16 prill 2021: Legjenda apo gojëdhëna është një tekst apo rrëfyes që tregohet në formë gojore nga populli. Zakonisht këto gojëdhëna, i kushtihen personave të caktuar, dukurive që kanë ndodhur në të kaluarën, apo ndodhin edhe në ditët e sotme. Të gjitha këto legjenda/gojëdhëna lënë gjurmë të pashlyera në jetën dhe shoqëritë njerëzore. Të gjitha tregimet, ndodhitë e personave të caktuar, apo edhe aftësitë e tyre që kanë, prezentohen si fuqi mbinatyrore. E tërë kjo tregon se si njerëzit e kanë ndier gjithmonë efektin e dukurive dhe njerëzvë çdo herë. Poashtu, vlen të përmendet që kemi dallime në mes të legjendës/gojëdhënës dhe tregimeve të tjera është ky: Legjenda nuk ka një kohë të zhvillimit të ngjarjes, një datë të caktuar se kur ka ndodhur një veprim i caktuar. Ndërsa një tregim mund të ketë një kohë të caktuar se kur ka ndodhur një veprim, apo kur është bërë ndonjë histori gjenerale. Sikur të gjithë popujt e vjetër që kanë legjenda/gojëdhëna popullore, edhe ne shqiptarët kemi një pasuri të madhe mbi legjendat popullore. Që nga fillimi i krijimit të kombit shqiptarë e deri në ditët sotme, egzistojnë me mijëra legjenda kushtuar personave që kanë jetuar dhe kanë lënë gjurmë në jetën tonë kulturore dhe popullore. Si ndër popujt më të vjetër në Ballkan, historisë sonë shumë shekullore (kulturore, socio-ekonomike dhe religjioze), edhe Legjendat/Gojëdhënat kanë lënë gjurmë të pashlyera në jetën tonë multikulturore.
1. UJËVARA E ULARICËS -GJAKOVË
Njëherë në një kohë, egzistonte një perandor i njohur në trojet tona. Ai kishte pasuri të madhe, fëmijë shumë, mbi të gjitha kishte dituri të madhe. Si një familje e madhe në numër, dhe fëmijë shumë, Perandori kishte dhe një vajzë që quhej Rica. Vajza e perandorit kishte një bukuri marramendëse. Rica rritej dhe edukohej në një frymë shumë pozitive familjare. Pranë shtëpisë së perandorit ishte një ujëvarë. Çdo ditë Rica, shkonte dhe lahej andej pari. Pothuajse të gjithë njerëzit që e shikonin, habiteshin nga bukuria dhe sjelljet e saj. Dhe çdo herë që shihnin vajzën lozonjare duke u larë në ujëvarë, thoshin: U LA RICA – U LA RICA. UJËVARA E ULARICËS, e mori emrin pikërisht nga Vajza e Perandorit – Rica. Ndërsa, sot kjo ujëvarë mori emrin MIRUSHA, tash e një kohë të gjatë dhe të panjohur.
2. KROI I SHPIRTËRAVE TË MIRË
Prizreni, që njihet ndër qytetet më të vjetra jo vetëm në Kosovë por edhe në rajon njihet edhe për stilin arkitektonik dhe rolin historik që ka. Përveç objekteve kulturore, Prizreni njihet edhe për krojet që u ndërtuan gjatë shekujve dhe gjatë sundimit të Perandorisë Osmane këtu. Në Prizren, aktualisht janë 25 kroje. Shumica prej tyre janë actual dhe në gjendje të rregullt. Ndërsa një pjesë e tyre janë shkatërruar për arsye të ndryshme. Ndër krojet më të famshme në Prizren është edhe KROI I SHPIRTËRAVE TË MIRË. Ky krua u ndërtua nga humanist, në shenjë të respektit për shpirtërat e njerëzve që kanë dhënë kontributin e tyre për çështjen kombëtare apo edhe për çështje të tjera. Sipas gojëdhënave nuk dihet saktë se nga kush u ndërtua ky krua. Por në bazë të dorëshkrimeve dhe gojëdhënave të ndryshme, mendoehet se ndërtuesit e këtij kroi kanë lënë amanet që burimet e këtyre kojeve mos të shterojë asnjiherë. Haxhi Ymer Efendiu njëri nga pasardhësit e këtyre krojeve, kishte lënë amanet fqinjëve të tij, që në emër të tij të ngrihet një krua i ujit të mirë. Mendohet që vet Haxhi Ymeri nuk kishte fëmijë. Por me ndërtimin e këtij Kroi, do të kishin mundësi të përdornin të gjithë qytetarët. Sipas disa hulumtimeve dhe historisë gojore, uji i këtij Kroi kishte veti shëruese, dhe si i tillë përdorej nga të gjithë.
3. LEGJENDA E LIQENIT TË OHRIT
Vjetërsia e këtij Liqeni është milionëshe. I krijuar nga shembjet e tokës, ky liqe është i shtrirë në dy shtete. Këtë më së miri e vërtetojnë edhe aktivitetet dhe lëvizjet tektonike, si dhe mali prej 100m lartësi, nën nivelin e këtij liqeni. I mbushur plotë me bukuri dhe legjenda, Liqeni i Ohrit mbetet ndër atraksionet më të mira në vend. Një legjendë mbi këtë Liqen thotë kështu: Kur Zoti krijoi Liqenin e Ohrit tha: Kam krijuar Liqenin më të bukur në planet. Mirëpo, njerëzit këtu janë shumë mëkatar. Si pasojë e mëkatit, do ta krijojë edhe një përbindësh. Dhe Zoti, ashtu bëri. Askush nga njerëzit nuk e dinte se çfarë përbindëshi do të krijonte Zoti. Prandaj të gjithë kishin frikë që të jetonin pranë këtij Liqeni. Një ditë prej ditësh një djalë i kësaj ane i quajtur Strugë, vendosi që të shkonte tek liqeni. U zhytë në ujë që të ballafaqohej me përbindëshin. Aty filloi një luftë vërtetë e ashpër – deri në vdekje. Kështu përbindëshi, e fitoi betejën, dhe e përbiu të riun. Pas kësaj situate, banorët e kësaj zone, vendosën që ta sfidojnë përbindëshin. Banorët e gjetën guximin që në brigjet e këtij Liqeni të ndërtojnë një fshat – ku në nderë të vdekjes së të riut, ia vendosën emrin Strugë. Poashtu, një legjendë tjetër për Liqenin e Ohrit tregohet për varrosjen e një qyteti afër këtij liqeni, ku banonin fisi ilir Enkelejdët. Legjenda tregon që një tërmet i fuqishëm që ishte shkaktuar në atë kohë, rrënoi tërë qytetin, dhe e zhyti nën ujë. Rrënojat e tij gjinden nën Liqenin e Ohrit. Andaj, përveç vlerave historike, kulturore dhe fetare, ky Liqen në vete përmbanë edhe një histori mitologjike dhe legjendare në vete. Me bukuritë natyrore që ka, dhe pozitën shumë të volitshme gjeo-politike, është kthyer në një vend i një rëndësie të veçantë të turizmit dhe kulturës në vend.
4. RRAPI I MARASHIT
Në lagjen Marash Mëhalla, gjindet Rrapi i Marashit, gjegjësisht në bregun e majtë të Lumbardhit të Prizrenit. Rrapi i Marashit, është pjesë përbërëse e Kompleksit Marash në Prizren. Shumë vite përpara në këtë lagje, ishte një Teqe. Ndërsa sot, në ëtë pjesë të Kompleksit është trungu i Rrapit, që shfrytëzohet si vendpushim dhe freskim për të gjithë qytetarët. Edhe për Rrapin e Marashit egzistojnë legjenda të ndryshme. Një legjendë e tillë tregon kështu: Ky Rrap, ka karakter historik, kulturor dhe fetar. Shumë gjëra të rëndësishme kanë ndodhur ndër vite këtu. Ky rrap, është mbjellur për herë të parë nga një klerik fetar bektashi Sylejman Axhiz Baba, para 500 viteve. Legjenda tregon poashtu që egziston një vrime e zezë në majë të lisit. Aty as nuk bie drita as nuk bie diell, as gjethet nuk dalin. Sipas legjendës, kjo është çshtje hyjnore. Rrapi i Marashit arrin deri në 20,90 m, ndërsa diametri i kurorës është 12 m. Rrethi i trungut të rrapit është në bazë është prej 3 m. Fletët janë të gjata 13 – 14 cm. Lartësia mbidetare arrin deri në 417 m. Që nga viti 1959, Rrapi i Marashit, është nën mbrojtjen e ligjore të shtetit. Krahas rëndësisë gjeografike, ekonomike dhe të turizmit, në kompleksin e Marash Mëhallës, gjindet dhe Teqja e Tarikatit Saadi. Veçantia e këtij objekti fetar është kjo: Tash e 500 vite, TEQJA SAADI udhëhiqet nga familja SHEHU (brez pas brezi), që nga themelimi i saj nga Shejh Sylejman Axhiz Baba.
5. LEGJENDA E VAJZËS SË MALIT – ELBASAN
Në verilindje të qytetit të Elbasanit, është një majë mali që quhet MALI I VASHËS. Vlen të përmendet që është shumë ë vështirë të caktohet/ndahet një kufi në mes të së vërtetës dhe realitetit. Aq më shumë, kur kalohet një periudhë shumë shekullore. Në lidhje me këtë legjendë egzistojnë shumë mendime: – Disa fshatarë mendojnë kështu: Dy të rinjë ishin të dashuruar shumë. Mirëpo kjo dashuri sikur e pengonte kurorëzimin e tyre. Kjo ndodhi për një arsye: Djali ishte i varfër, i vobekët, ndërsa vajza ishte mjaftë e pasur dhe nga një familje fisnike. Si pasojë e kësaj pune, të dy të rinjtë i vuanin pasojat e të tjerëve në heshtje. Për të iu ndalur në ndihmë të rinjëve, Pleqësia e Fshatit mendoi që të u del në ndihmë këtyre të rinjëve. E gjithë kjo ndihmë i bie mbi supet e të riut, gjë që mendohej se kishte hyrë në moshën e burrërisë. Si kusht për kurorëzimin e dashurisë, udhëheqësia e fshtatit mori vendim, që djali të mbarte në krahë të dashurën e tij, deri në majë të malit, pa kurrfarë ndalese. Në këto raste, djaloshi sikur fluturonte nga gëzimi për vajzën e ëndërrave të tij. Djaloshi e pranoi kërkesën, dhe deklaroi që ishte i gatshëm të sakrifikonte për çdo gjë. E gjithë fshati doli për ta shikuar zbatimin e kushtit, nëmënyrë që të caktohej edhe dita e dasmës së tyre. Mirëpo, kjo sakrificë nuk zgjati shumë. E gjithë kjo situatë, shihej me shqetësim nga pleqësia e fshatit. Për shkak se djalin filloi të linte forca, mirëpo brohoritjet ishin: Edhe pak edhe pak vazhdo, sepse ia arrite. Pasi arriti në cakun e duhur, zemra e djalit filloi së rrahuri. Ai vdiq, nga lodhja e madhe që kishte mbartur të dashurën e tij. Ndërsa vajza për ti qëndruar besnike dashurisë së saj, nuk pranoi asnjëhere tjetër fat. Përveç një vdekjeje të lumtur që e përjetoi. Kështu që vajza, u hodhë nga një greminë prej 700m. pavarësisht që kjo dashuri nuk u realizuar asnjëherë, mbetet si kujtimi më i bukur i një dashurie të pastër si Loti. Ndërsa, për këtë legjendë janë thurrur këngë të ndryshme. Ndër to është edhe kënga “Mali i Vashës”, nga Isuf Myzyri.
6. SHËN PARASKEVA EPIVATSKA
Shën Paraskeva Epivatska jetoi në periudhën mes shekujve X-XI. Si ditëfesta e saj është data 14 tetor. Poashtu, atë ditë është edhe festa popullore Petkovden. Sipas gojëdhënave dhe jetëshkrimeve të klerikut mesjetar bullgar Shën Patriku, Shën Paraskeva është me prejardhje nga Epivati. Ndërsa prindërit e saj kanë qenë bullgarë. Nga viti 1238, nën pushtimin e Perandorisë Osmane 1396, të gjitha lipsanet e Paraskevës, kanë qenë të ruajtura në Kishën Shën Petka Tërnovska, në kryeqytetin e vjetër Veliko Tërnovo. Me shekuj të tërë, që nga viti 1641, të gjitha lipsanet e saj ajnë vendosur në katedralen në Jash – Rumani Veriore. Që nga ajo kohë, kjo katedrale tërheq mijëra pelegrin për rite fetare. Shën Paraskeva (Petka Bëllgarska) është një ndër shenjtoret më të dashura dhe të nderuara mes ortodoksëve në vendin tone dhe në mbarë botën. Kësaj të shejnte i janë kushtuar Kisha dhe këngë të ndryshme fetare. Legjendat tregojnë se Shën Paraskeva Epivatska, njihej për vetitë e saj shëruese, të cilat kanë krijuar Çudira të ndryshme, dhe ka ndihmuar në mbrojtjen e grave dhe të femrave, si dhe ka ndikuar në mbrojtjen e shtëpive.
7. KROI I MBRETIT
Është krua shumë vjeçarë. Legjenda mbi këtë krua, tregohet kështu: Një mbret kishte ndaluar që të pushonte në vendin që tani njihet me emrin KROI I MBRETIT. Me vete e kishte edhe kalin e tij. Tregohet që kafsha kishte gurin ku ishte ulur të pushonte, dhe nga aty filloi të dalë – rrjedhë ujë. Ky krua gjnden në magjistralen Prishtinë – Pejë, gjegjësisht në fshatin Korroticë – Komuna Drenas.
8. VRIMA E NUSES
Një histori jo shumë e zakonshme ka ndodhur në kohërat e lashta. E tërë situata kishte të bënte me ndërtimin e Urës së Tornos, në krahinën e Vracës në veriperëndim të Bullgarisë. Legjenda tregohet kështu: Një ekzekutues i ri me emrin THOMO, kishte shkuar për të parë vajzat që ishin duke vallëzuar në një fshat Krivodoll. Mirëpo, në këtë gjendje djaloshi THOMO, nuk arriti ta frenojë veten, kështu mendoi dhe filloi vetë të ekzekutoi vallen he muzikën. Të gjithë që ishin present aty, mbeten të habitur dhe mahnitur me meloditë e tij të çuditshme që bënte ai. Ndërsa njëra nga vajzat aq shumë e pëlqeu djaloshin Thomo, vendosi që buqetën e luleve të ia dhuroi atij. Reagimi i tij ishte pozitiv. E pranoi tufën e luleve dhe i pëlqeu shumë. Kjo ndodhi për një arsye: Vajza të ikë me djaloshin dhe të martoheshin fshehurazi. Martesa e fshehtë do të bëhej me një qëllim dhe arsye të caktuar: I ati i vajzës nuk do të martonte kurrë atë (vajzën, pasi ishin familje e pasur dhe fisnike), me djalin muzicient dhe të varfëri. Pasi përfundoi e gjitha, dy të dashuruarit u larguan nga fshati. Me të dëgjuar këtë, babai i vajzës drgoi njerëz për ti përcjellë të rinjtë nga pas. Të rinjtë kishin arritur deri tek një lumë, të cilin as nuk mund të kalonin as të kapërceni. Atëherë djaloshi THOMO, filloi të thurrë një shelgje bregore. Arriti ta bënte edhe një urë deri në bregun tjetër. Së pari djaloshi kaloi vetëm që të provojë nëse ura ëshëtë e sigurtë dhe rezistente. Mirëpo në këtë kohë, babai i nuses dhe njerëzit e tij, arritën që ta marrin vajzën e tyre me vete. Poashtu, në këtë vend njerëzit në vend të urës së drurit kanë ndërtuar një urë prej guri. Dhe kështu, pasi e ndërtuan urën e pagëzuan me emrin e ekzekutuesit “URA E SHËN THOMOS”.
9. KROI I GOROZHUPIT
Njihet edhe si KROI I VAJTIMIT. Ky emërtim u bë për shkak se kishte ndarë dhe më pas bashkoi banorët në Malësinë e HASIT. Ka një lartësi prej 376 m lartësi në nivelin e detit, poashtu ka një lartësi mbi 100 m mbi shtratin e lumit DRINI I BARDHË. Ndërsa që nga viti 1958, Kroi i Gorozhupit është rregulluar nga vetë banorët e HASIT.
10. KRUSHQIT DHE NUSET E SHPËTUARA
Një legjendë, në një fshat afër Therandës (ish Suhareka), tregohet kështu: Në atë kohë në këtë vend, u zhvilluan dy dasma. Tradita jonë ishte që nusja të merrej me krushqi. Por qëlloi të bëheshin dy dasma në një ditë. Krushqit e të dy dasmave arritën në qendër të fshatit në të njëjtën kohë. Pas shumë bisedash dhe reagimesh nga të dy palët, u përdorën edhe armët. Pothuajse, u vranë të gjithë dasmorët. Vetëm nuset shpëtuan. Sipas legjendës, nuset ishin të hipura mbi kuajë, dhe nga momenti kur u përdorën armët dhe kafshët u trembën dhe u larguan së bashku me nuset e reja.

    50-процентной скидкой. В
    этом документе вы узнаете, сколько дней на это отводится, на
    какие штрафы распространяется скидка, где
    и как можно оплатить долг со скидкой,
    расскажем в материале.
    Штрафы, которые можно оплатить со скидкой
    За некоторыми исключениями вы можете оплатить большинство штрафов ГИБДД со
    скидкой 50 %. Однако вы должны заплатить полную сумму в следующих случаях:

    – повторно управлял незарегистрированным авто;
    – превышаете скорость более чем на 40 км/ч и более;
    – повторно проехал на запрещающий сигнал светофора или регулировщика;
    – повторно выехал на встречку или встречные пути
    трамваев;
    – повторно ехал по встречке на односторонней дороге;
    – управлял машиной нетрезвым или передал управление нетрезвому лицу;
    – нарушил ПДД, в результате чего потерпевший получил
    легкий или средний вред здоровью;

    – выехал на железнодорожный переезд на
    красный свет, перед закрытым или при закрывающемся шлагбауме или приближающемся поезде.

    При остальных нарушениях скидка на штрафы ПДД действует.

    Срок оплаты штрафа со скидкой
    Скидка на штрафы ГИБДД действует в течение 20 дней с момента
    вынесения постановления.

    Максимум можно оплатить до полуночи 20-го дня, после чего придется гасить долг полностью.

    Если уведомление задержалось,
    потерялось на почте, ушло не на тот адрес либо водитель получил письмо позже, так как
    был в командировке, отпуске или больнице, можно восстановить истекший срок оплаты штрафа со скидкой.
    Для этого нужно составить ходатайство в
    произвольной форме и направить
    в ГИБДД, из которого пришло постановление.

    В заявлении необходимо привести доводы, по которым хотите восстановить срок уплаты
    штрафа ГИБДД со скидкой 50%.
    В качестве доказательств приложите подтверждающие документы:
    справку из больницы, билеты, выписку из почтового реестра
    и т. п.
    Если причина уважительная и документы это подтвердят, срок оплаты штрафа ГИБДД со скидкой
    50% восстановят. Если доводы и подтверждающие документы неубедительны, в восстановлении откажут.
