Ky libër është përmbledhje e artikujve, lajmeve, komunikatave dhe komenteve që janë botuar dhe janë bërë publike nga mjetet e informimit masovik mbi veprimtarinë e Ushtrisë Çlirimtare të Kosovës.
Artikujt janë botuar në origjinal pa komente ashtu siç janë shprehur autorët e tyre (me përjashtim të disa shkurtimeve të artikujve që s’kanë pasur të bëjnë direkt me UÇK-në).
Përveç shkrimeve të karakterit afirmativ ku propagandohet lufta çlirimtare e UÇK-së, këtu janë përfshirë edhe ato shkrime që flasin në mënyrë negative për UÇK-në, p.sh. çka ka shkruar shtypi i Beogradit, si dhe çka ka shkruar shtypi shqiptar i drejtuar nga udhëheqja legaliste e Kosovës. Një rëndësi të veçantë u është dhënë deklaratave të udhëheqësve legalistë të Kosovës, të cilët, ashtu si politikanët e Beogradit, tentojnë ta denoncojnë UÇK-në për veprimtari terroriste, para aktorëve me influencë në marrëdhëniet ndërkombëtare. Po ashtu rëndësi e veçantë i është dhënë shtypit patriotik i cili ka marrë në mbrojtje UÇK-në, duke propaganduar luftën e drejtë të saj. Kjo është e rëndësishme sepse duke ofruar të gjitha informatat dhe vlerësimet që janë bërë nga këndvështrime të ndryshme, lexuesit i lihet mundësia që ai vetë të formojë një tablo reale mbi Ushtrinë Çlirimtare të Kosovës, dhe përmes saj një tablo edhe më reale mbi skenën politike shqiptare në përgjithësi.
Gjatë leximit të kësaj përmbledhjeje, lexuesi do të ketë mundësi të hasë në informata të ndryshme që në kohën e ndodhjes së këtyre ngjarjeve, shumkush nuk kishte idenë se çka ishte duke ndodhur në të vërtetë në Kosovë.
Këtu janë përfshirë informatat, të cilat kanë të bëjnë me aksionet e asgjësimit të forcave policore në Kosovë duke filluar nga maji e shtatori i vitit 1992 pastaj, korrik, shtator të vitit 1993, për të cilat, në kohën e kryerjes së tyre, UÇK nuk lëshoi komunikata mirëpo në komunikatën me rastin e atentatit në oficerin e sigurimit serb Lutfi Ajvazi, UÇK, la të kuptohet se disa nga ato mund të jenë kryer nga njësitet e saj. Për rastin e vrasjes së dy policëve dhe plagosjes së 5 të tjerëve në Gllogovc në vitin 1993 u ngarkua edhe Pesëmbëdhjetshja e Drenicës, grupi i dënuar me 11 korrik 97 me 264 vjet burg nga Gjykata serbe e Prishtinës.
Përmes këtyre materialeve, lexuesi e mëson të vërtetën se rezistenca dhe kundërvënia me armë ndaj pushtuesit në mënyrë të organizuar nuk ka filluar nga shkurti i vitit 1996, me sulmin në kampet e refugjatëve, siç shkruhet e flitet në shtyp e më gjerë, por nga viti 1992.
Lufta e armatusur çlirimtare në Kosovë e ka nismën e saj qysh herët. Asaj i parapriu rezistenca me armë e Rexhep Malës dhe Nuhi Berishës, Bajram Bahtirit, Ali Ajetit, Afrim Zhitisë, Fahri Fazliut e Tahir Lush Berishës. Është me rëndësi të shënohen këto raste për arsye se këto i paraprinë vitit 1992, sepse kjo ishte një rezistencë nga njerëz të organizuar dhe që punuan në mënyrë të ndërgjegjshme për një rezistencë të organizuar. Amanetin e tyre tani po e përmbush Ushtria Çlirimtare e Kosovës.
Po aq të rëndësishme janë edhe aktet e rezistencës individuale që u bënë spontanisht nga Tahir Meha me babanë e tij në pranverën e vitit 1981, pas shuarjes me dhunë të demonstratave gjithëpopullore të këtij viti, pastaj qëndresa në Pollatë e Besim Latifit dhe mbrojtja e pragut të shtëpisë nga ana e Hasan Ramadanit si dhe kundërvënia me armë e Besim Ndrecës, duke vrarë një komandir të policisë serbe e plagosur një tjetër, pas gjithë torturave dhe maltretimeve që bënte ky komandir në rrethinën e Suharekës, në veçanti në fshatin Grikoc.
Libri është edhe një dokumentacion i përmbledhur, që do t’u shërbejë të gjithë atyre që kanë interes të kenë njohuri më shumë për Ushtrinë Çlirimtare të Kosovës, që dëshirojnë të mësojnë të vërtetën, por nuk kanë pasur mundësi t’i përcjellin mjetet e informimit në mënyrë sistematike.
Mund të ndodhë që të jetë botuar ndonjë informacion, për ndonjë aksion që është ndërrmarrë (nga patriotë anonimë) kundër pushtuesve në Kosovë, dhe ky aksion, të mos ketë lidhje organizative me UÇK-në, mirëpo ato janë përfshirë këtu për shkak se në mes të këtyre aksioneve dhe veprimtarisë së UÇK-së ekziston lidhja politike, në bazë të të cilës është e orientuar e gjithë veprimtaria çlirimtare e UÇK-së.
Në shtypin tonë shkruhet e thuhet shumë, por informimi mbi të vërtetën është shumë i mangët, sepse mjetet tona të informimit masovik janë të monopolizuara nga forcat politike të Kosovës të cilat kolaborojnë me pushtetin e Beogradit. Një cenzurë të veçantë në këtë drejtim ka informimi mbi veprimtarinë e Ushtrisë Çlirimtare të Kosovës.
Udhëheqja politike e Kosovës në asnjë mënyrë nuk është e gatshme të pranojë ekzistimin e forcave që shtrojnë një rrugë alternative për zgjidhjen e problemit të Kosovës. Forcat e vërteta alternative që shtrojnë rrugën çlirimtare për zgjidhjen e problemit të Kosovës, mundohen t’i paraqesin si të paqena, si “radikalizëm verbal” apo edhe t’i etiketojnë me fjalorin e huazuar nga pushtuesit si forca terroriste. Kjo udhëheqje, si alternativë reale të veten mundohet t’i paraqesë ata që në përmbajtje janë të njejtë me ta, por që lënë përshtypjen e një alternative tjetër të zgjidhjes se problemit të Kosovës.
Lufta e armatosur si alternativë e politikës së dështuar “paqësore” është realiteti i jetës politike në Kosovë. I pëlqen apo jo dikujt, tani ka pak rëndësi kjo punë. Përderisa për të parët objekt sulmi e lufte janë objektet e policisë dhe ushtrisë pushtuese dhe gjithë kolaboracionistët, për të dytët objekt sulmesh janë të parët.
Pas çdo aksioni, politikanët e Kosovës nuk përtojnë të dalin para kamerave televizive, në konferenca shtypi, të japin intervista në radio, të japin deklarata përmes të cilave dënojnë aksionet çlirimtare duke i kualifikuar si „terroriste”, në stilin pavarësisht se nga kush bëhen, dhe nga çfarëdo motive që bëhen”.
Terroristët janë njerëz pa përgjegjësi dhe pa ndjenja humane. Ata vrasin civilë dhe sulmojnë objekte civile pa patur përgjegjësi për pasojat e tyre. Po ushtarët e UÇK-së, nuk janë të tillë, sepse objektivi i sulmeve të tyre janë policët, ushtarët, kolaboracionistët dhe gjithë ata që e përfaqësojnë pushtuesin në trojet tona.
Një ushtar i UÇK-së, në “Letrën nga malet e Kosovës” drejtuar tubimit komemorativ mbajtur në Zürich me rastin e vrasjes së tre ushtarëve të UÇK-së, Zahir Pajazitit, Hakif Zejnullahut dhe Edmond Hoxhës, në mënyrë polemizuese me udhëheqjen politike të Kosovës shkruan:,,Vërtetë (i pazoti) President” dhe zoti Aganoviç jemi terroristët që ju përgjigjemi kryeterroristëve serbo-malazezë, dhe shpejt edhe atyre maqedonë. Ama një e kemi pak më të mirë se ju, se krejt të pashpirtë dhe provokatorë si ju nuk jemi”.
Përderisa udhëheqësit e sotëm „paqësorë” imagjinojnë poste e kolltuqe në Kosovën e robëruar, një udhëheqës i UÇK-së, i akuzuar për terrorizëm nga pushteti terrorist i Beogradit në një poezi të tij shkruan se si e imagjinon vdekjen. Prandaj ai i kërkon falje jetës së tij, të cilën nuk ka mundësi ta shijojë, pasiqë e ka vendosur që atë ta sakrifikojë për lirinë e Kosovës, dhe ai, Rexhep Selimi, i dënuar 20 vjet burg në mungesë nga pushtuesit serbë në poezinë e tij të titulluar, “Vdekja në imagjinatë” shkruan: Të jam borxh/ Jeta ime/ Për rininë e hershme/ Për gëzimet/ Argëtimet/ Dashurinë/ Kërkoj ndjesë nga ti/ Jeta ime/ Jam dashuruar në vdekjen e Vojos (Grindje rrokjesh”, Prishtinë 1994).
Lëvizja Popullore e Kosovës përherë ka qëndruar përkrah Ushtrisë Çlirimtare të Kosovës, ajo e ka mbështetur politikisht dhe ndihmuar financiarisht. Lëvizja Popullore e Kosovës, këtë punë nuk e ka bërë rastësisht. Qëndrimi i LPK-së ndaj UÇK-së është obligativ, obligim që buron nga Programi i saj për çlirimin e Kosovës. Për Lëvizjen Popullore të Kosovës, zbatimi i programit matet me ndihmën konkrete ndaj Ushtrisë Çlirimtare të Kosovës, në luftën për çlirimin e trojeve të pushtuara.
“Zëri i Kosovës” organi i LPK-së, në mënyrë të vazhdueshme ka propaganduar luftën çlirimtare, ka propaganduar aksionet çlirimtare të UÇK-së dhe e ka sqaruar popullin se këto aksione nuk bëhen nga Serbia, siç manipulojnë legalistët e Kosovës, se Serbia nuk ka nevojë të luftojë kundër vetëvetes, se këto aksione nuk janë terroriste, siç akuzojnë pushtuesit, forcat legale të Kosovës dhe shtypi legal, por ato janë aksione çlirimtare. Lufta për liri nuk është terrorizëm, por është obligim dhe nder i madh i çdo qytetari, shkruante “Zeri i Kosovës”. “Zëri i Kosovës” u bëri jehonë aksioneve të lirisë dhe thirri kurbetçinjtë dhe gjithë shqiptarët që të mobilizohen në ndihmë ushtarëve të lirisë. Një ushtri e cila lufton për liri ka nevojë për ndihma financiare morale dhe materiale.
Mjetet tjera të informimit bënë një dezinformim sistematik për veprimtarinë çlirimtare. Në fillim kishin detyrën që të gënjejnë opinionin se sulmet në objekte të pushtuesit dhe vrasjet e policëve dhe ushtarëve të pushtuesit nuk i bëjnë shqiptarët por vetë serbët. Me arsyetim se shqiptarët nuk kanë motive për këtë, por serbët, që të kenë pretekst për të shtuar dhunën dhe terrorin në Kosovë.
Të gjithë e dinë se Kosova është e pushtuar dhe Serbisë më së paku i konvenon një rebelim në Kosovë. Por kjo propagandë bëhet e qëllimtë që në popull të mbillen iluzione se Kosova nuk është e tëra e pushtuar, sepse liria e Kosovës sipas tyre matet me kutin e ekzistimit të sistemit paralel të Rugovës por pushtimi i tërë i saj do të mund të provokohej përmes aksioneve”enigmatike”.
Deri më tani komunikatat e Ushtrisë Çlirimtare të Kosovës arrijnë numrin 40. Përmes këtyre komunikatave opinioni ynë dhe ai ndërkombëtar njoftohet për likuidimin e policëve dhe ushtarëve serbë, sulmet në objektet ushtarako policore të pushtetit okupues serb dhe për likuidimin e kolaboracionistëve shqiptarë. Në këto 40 komunikata nga të cilat del se janë kryer me qindra aksione (pasi që ka ndonjë komunikatë
që njofton edhe për kryerjen e 10 akdioneve njëherësh), Serbisë ose do t’i kishin mjaftuar si pretekst për të filluar luftën në Kosovë, ose ajo kurrë nuk do ta bëjë këtë gjë. Kur i dëgjon legalistët e Kosovës, të krijohet përshtypja se Kosova do të çlirohet nga aksionet „enigmatike” përmes të cilave Serbia i vret policët dhe bashkëpunëtorët e vet vetëm e vetëm për të krijuar pretekst per të maltretuar shqiptarët, mirëpo ç’t’i bësh se Serbia ende nuk po gjen pretekst për këtë punë!
Në këtë libër lexuesi do të ketë mundësi të gjejë se çfarë qëndrimi mbajtën politikanët shqiptarë për luftën çlirimtare dhe çka deklaruan ata për UÇK-në.
Të mbash qëndrim të drejtë e të guximshëm ndaj UÇK-së do të thotë të mbash qëndrim të drejtë ndaj luftës çlirimtare në Kosovë, do të thotë t’u qëndrosh besnik interesave të popullit, i cili lufton për liri e pavarësi.
